A path that began in 1963 and has followed the transformations of the Italian labour market.
Knight of Labour
The founder Valerio Scarrone was awarded the title of Knight by the President of the Italian Republic. A prestigious recognition that highlights his commitment and dedication to work.
The Foundation
Valerio Scarrone founded the firm and, looking to the future, immediately began expanding its activity. Soon after, Carlo Scarrone and Edda Merlo joined him, combining skills and professional expertise.
Growing as a Family
Carlo Scarrone, Valerio Scarrone's son, joined the firm, bringing a valuable contribution and giving new momentum to payroll, labour relations and personnel cost management.
Looking to Innovation
Andrea, Valerio Scarrone's grandson, also joined the team as the firm increasingly focused on new business needs in web services, data analysis, safety, training, HR management and legal support.
Choosing Quality
The firm obtained ISO 9001:2008 quality certification. By then it had become an established organization with 25 collaborators, more than 300 clients including SMEs and multinationals, and over 6,000 employees managed.
Creating the Docere Cultural Association
Thanks to the expertise acquired over the years and to Roberta Basta joining the partnership, the firm became a reference point for training and professional growth for workers across all categories.
